GOOD! Because this is the place for you...

We are pretty darn great at treating foot & ankle pain.  Almost ALL foot & ankle pain can be treated naturally...

The key is to identify the ROOT CAUSE of your pain...

At Inner Strength Physio, we are NOT interested in just treating the site of your pain with gels/creams and gimmicky lasers that only temporarily mask the pain (if it even does that). You can lay on a heating pad at home...why are you wasting TIME & MONEY to do that somewhere else!?!? Don't even get me started on the opioid epidemic...

At PhysioMovement, we are dedicated to uncovering the ROOT CAUSE of your pain so that you feel much better, much quicker and have

LONG-LASTING RELIEF!

BUT, don't just take our word for it...

2-Years of Ankle Arthritis Pain & Back to Walking 2 Miles after 2 visits!!!

Eleanor says...

“Two years ago I was having a problem with Plantar Fascitis so my PCP ordered x-rays. She said the x-rays also showed arthritis in my ankle. It didn't bother me until a couple months ago. It became so painful I had difficulty walking. My son-in-lawwas seeing Dr Garin with great success and suggested I try him. I'm so glad I followed his advice. The first visit, he completed an extensive evaluation, exercised my ankle, taped it, and taught me exercises to do at home. I was able to walk out of his office with diminished pain. After 2 visits the pain was gone and problems I didn't relate to the arthritis, such as, balance and decreased mobility were improved. I recently went to Cook Forest and was able to walk 2 miles in the woods with no pain. Dr Garin is passionate about his profession. Every visit is one-on-one with him and he takes time to individualize treatment plans for each patient. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of his care. If you are having a problem that requires Physical Therapy contact Dr Garin. You won't be sorry!”

12-YEARS of Shin Splints...NOW PAIN-FREE!!!

Chelsea S:

“I went to Dr. Garin Wyberg for an overuse strain injury in my left knee. I have had knee & shin pain in my left leg for 12 years. I have been a runner since high school and always just dealt with the shin splints and tendinitis thinking I had no other choice if I wanted to continue to run/workout. Dr. Garin showed me that this is absolutely not the case. Not only is my strain completely healed, I have not had any pain in my knee since starting therapy. Shockingly enough to me, my shin splints were treatable too! I have zero arch in my left foot and Dr. Garin has corrected the way I walk, and move without having to constantly concentrate on creating an arch. I am back to working out doing Zumba and running with ZERO PAIN!!!! I honestly never thought this was possible and I couldn't be more grateful for Physiomovement & Dr. Garin! I am back to training to run 5K's again and can not wait to run my first race without pain.”

Pain-free & Back to Running in 3-Sessions!!!

Lindsay says...

“Thank you, Dr. Garin! It was such an amazing experience, and he really goes above and beyond. He spent so much time with me during the evaluation to make sure he fully understood my issue. I was having pain in my feet when I ran and even while doing daily activities. In just three sessions, I am pain free and ready to go back to college. He gave me a plan of exercises and warm ups, and I feel more ready to run than ever before! Absolutely would recommend!! :)”
